Step 1——Customer consultation: Get the customer's specifications, materials, and technics, and give them a quote.
Step 2——Design: Design drawings according to customer requirements, and send them to the customer for confirmation.
Step 3——Material selection: The customer confirms the selected fabric and confirms the sample.
Step 4——Dyeing: Start dyeing the fabric, printing the pattern and producing it.
Step 5——Cutting: Cutting and trimming the fabric according to the pattern.
Step 6——Sewing: After the fabric is cut, all materials are sewn according to the drawing.
Step 7——Using the machine to stitch the finished garment pieces: To sew the good pieces together, first sew the sleeves, then the pockets, and finally the waist part.
Step 8——In-process inspection: Check the quality of mass production in workshop regularly, spot check semi-finished products to avoid mass rework. And custom garment merchandiser services.
Step 9——Finishing process: Finishing work, which may include get rid of the extra fluff, removing the thread end, ironing, washing, sanding, putting on hangtags and trademarks, and packing, etc.
Step 10——Inspection: Our QC team carries out quality inspection on fabrics, colors, and technological process, etc.
Step 11——Warehousing: the clothes of the same style are sorted into categories and neatly discharged and put into the warehouse.
Step 12——Packing: Begin packing and shipping the product.
Step 13——Needle detection: Detect the broken needles, screws and staples that may be left on the products during the production and processing of clothing.
Step 14——Packaging: Put clothes in cartons.
Step 15——Order the ship: We contact the shipping company or forwarder to ship the clothes to the customer.

1. Can you produce by a picture?
Yes, we can. You need send us your size chart, and after negotiating all details like materials, colors and so on, then our skilled pattern makers can make the pattern base on your pictures.
2. How about sample issues?
If you choose one type we have, it is available to get a free sample. But for some certain styles, like cashmere coat or fur coat, sample is available but at your courier fee. Or you can send us a sample, we could manufacture by the sample.
3. What’s the minimum order quantity?
Wool clothing---100pcs; leather and down clothing---50pcs; parkas---50pcs; fur garments---5pcs. ( The specific MOQ can be negotiable if you want to place a trail order ).
4. How about the delivery?
Generally speaking, we will arrange air freight or shipping. It would be great if you have an agent here. The delivery time is up to the clothing type and quantity you ordered, anyway, we will arrange it as soon as possible.
5. If I have the design, can you make it for me?
Yes, firstly we will thank you for your trust. You can send us your size chart, color card and specific requirements list. It would be great if you have the tech pack. We will manufacture the clothing and become your reliable factories.
