Step 1——Customer Enquiry: Through talking, get the customer's requirement list about clothing’s specifications, materials, and technics, and so on.
Step 2——Design: Design drawings according to customer requirements, and send them to the customer for confirmation. (That would be good if the customers have the tech pack. )
Step 3——Material selection: The customer confirms the selected fabrics and our factory prepare the wool coat fabric properly.
Step 4——Making the pattern: According to the design, size chart, and other detailed information, our skilled pattern maker make the pattern.
Step 5——Cloth inspection: Put the fabric on the cloth inspection machine, observe whether the fabric has defects such as color difference and holes through the light point by point, and issue a cloth inspection report. This process is designed to ensure that each piece of fabric is free of any blemishes.
Step 6——Cutting and trimming: Two processes of rough cutting and fine cutting make the pattern more precise and the edges of the garments are clean and tidy.
Step 7——Garment pieces inspection and handling: Tailored garment pieces need to go through three procedures: Check piece by piece to make sure there is no flaw; Put it into the sticking machine for high temperature setting. The shaped garment pieces are dimensionally stable and will not easily change due to the environment; Check the version one by one and check with the original version to ensure that the version is consistent.
Step 8——Positioning the sewing line: Confirm the slit distance through the positioning line, control the depth of the slit, and ensure that the width of the artificial slit is consistent.
Step 9——Cutting, seaming, and attaching interfacing: Use a professional machine to cut the double-sided fabric horizontally to the positioning line, and gently cut the knot yarn connecting the two layers of fabrics. ()All cut fabrics require gussets to be seamed, and double-sided wool fabrics are fixed by high temperature pressing.
Step 10——Hand sewing: Continue seaming the garment by hand, and there are certain methods of hand sewing to go.
Step 11——Pressing and ironing: After the manual sewing is completed, a semi-finished product inspection is carried out first, and then ironing is carried out to present the basic outline of the whole garment, making the fabric more flat and delicate, which is conducive to the precise positioning of the next upper and lower accessories process.
Step 12——Add finishing details: Sewing small details like fastening (like buttons, zippers, snaps).
Step 13——Garment inspection: After all the garment-making processes are completed, a professional and meticulous inspection of the garments will be carried out by special personnel again.
Step 14——Warehousing: the clothes of the same style are sorted into categories and neatly discharged and put into the warehouse.
Step 15——Packing: Begin arranged and packaged.
Step 16——Order the ship: We contact the shipping company or forwarder to ship the clothes to the customer. ( If the client has an agent here, we’ll follow it.)
